Who we are

Moments of Meaning is Cat Chinn's music project, and this website is run by Moment Creative Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11108632), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Moment Creative Ltd is the data controller for any personal information collected here, and "we" and "us" in this policy mean Moment Creative Ltd. What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or share them with anyone else for marketing.

Our legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who get in touch. We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and delete them within two years unless we are still in contact.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of essential cookies to work properly and to remember your cookie choices. Any non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie button on the page.

Services we use

The site is hosted by our web hosting provider, and emails from the contact form are delivered to our Google Workspace inbox. Music, video and fonts are served from this website. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and other platforms take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@themomentsofmeaning.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
